He earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria, motivated by the desire to build a successful life. However, post-graduation, uncertainty loomed as he struggled to find his career path. Undeterred, he applied to over 300 jobs before landing his first role in tech—an achievement that came after many rejections, but only fueled his determination.

Over the next five years, Simon’s hard work and perseverance paid off. He quickly rose through the ranks in the tech and professional sales industries, earning multiple promotions and salary increases. Reflecting on his early career, he recognized the strategies and tools that were missing in his journey—tools he’s now committed to sharing with others. Simon’s mission is to help individuals fast-track their own career success, guiding them through the challenges and providing the insights he wishes he had when starting out.

Today, Simon enjoys a fulfilling career in tech, working remotely with the flexibility to travel seven weeks each year and live financially free. Grateful for the life he’s built, he is passionate about giving back, empowering others to confidently navigate their own career paths and achieve their goals.
